'THE WEIGHT WAS OFF MY SHOULDERS'
We'd just had our second child, and our first was only two years old and very active. The two weeks after the baby was born were great. We were now a happy family of four.
But soon after that happy new beginning, I fell into a depression. I just didn't feel like myself. I felt overwhelmed at being a mother of two small children, who would have to go back to work soon. I battled feelings of inadequacy about taking on all these new responsibilities. I was moody and tired.
I'd been praying about this for about a month, when one day my stress level reached the top. The children were crying, the phone was ringing, and there I stood in a puddle of freshly spilled milk.
