I do chores ... DO YOU?

My name is Natasha. I live in Bibra Lake in Western Australia. I like helping with chores in our home or whenever I am with family and friends. But sometimes I would get very tired and upset that everybody seemed to want me to do all the chores–and not my sister.

My nana told me a Bible story of two sisters. Martha and Mary, who were Jesus' friends. One day, they invited Jesus to their home for a meal. Martha was very busy doing all the work in the kitchen, while Mary sat listening to Jesus at his feet.

When Martha complained to Jesus about Mary not helping her. Jesus told Martha that Mary was doing the right thing.
