Hey, Kids...
One of my favorite parts of the day is opening my inbox or checking my mail slot. It's not just that I love getting e-mails and letters. It's that I love getting e-mails and letters from you.
There's something really special about your messages. Sure, they're colorful and fun. They're your thoughts and feelings in your own words and art. But what I like the most about your e-mails and letters is the way your love shines through each one I open. Your love for your friends and families—and for kids you don't even know. Your love for God. And your love for Christian Science.
That love is one of the big reasons I love my job. I get excited to hear about the healings you've had. I smile when I read a letter saying you've learned something new about God. And my heart feels a little lighter when I learn how you've helped a friend or made a difference in your community.
