Learning about God's control

While shopping recently at the local mall with my husband, I tripped over an expansion joint and went flying down the walk way. I landed hard on the floor. I felt that I had wrenched my whole body. I had this wonderful thought while flying through the air: "When you feel out of control, that is the time to understand that God is in complete control."

I had to shake off the desire to feel sorry for myself.
