FROM THE ONE IN UNIFORM
"I hope the folks at home will never underestimate the role their courage and support play at times like these," says Lieutenant Commander Randy Craft. "And for many of us in uniform, nothing is more important than their support in prayer."
He suggests that this begins with one's own spiritual strength. "We each need to develop the courage that meets evil, in any form, head-on, strengthened with God's all-pervading power and with an unwavering trust in His control.
"Our trust in God is not pie in the sky, but a confidence that God is governing everyone, everywhere, always. This kind of courage meets fear with faith, doubt with dominion, confusion with conviction, and loneliness with Love.
