"Your decisions will master you, whichever direction they take." MARY BAKER EDDY

No regrets

When a seventy -year-old individual says, "I wonder what I will do when I grow up?" it usually draws a chuckle. And when four or five-year-olds ask their parents the same question, it evokes an understanding response of encouragement. But at all ages and under all circumstances, we do have to make some important decisions.

Some people have no difficulty making decisions. Perhaps because of their lucid reasoning or their clear intuition.

But there are others who may struggle and fear making decisions, to the point that no decision is made. A college professor related to a class that "not to decide is to decide." When a person does not make a necessary decision, someone else may end up making it. Having abdicated that fundamental right, some individuals criticize the decision another has made, not recognizing that abandoning responsibility has brought about the undesirable result.
