Business is notorious for fads and buzz words that are jumped on by consultants until everyone gets tired. But we have traditions that have been around for a long time and are not faddish. The Bible has instructions on how to treat employees, handle wages, and so on. These are guiding principles that mankind has lived by for thousands of years. Why can't they also operate in the business world?
