YOUR LETTERS

"I'm ... grateful that my thirteen-year-old son is starting to read articles all on his own, and I actually have to go to his room to find the latest copy."

God bless the McColloch women for having the courage and selflessness it must have taken to share their tragedy and triumph ("Our daughter's safe passage through the aftermath of kidnap and rape," Sentinel, May 3, 1999). I hope that if they begin to have an inkling of how much this account has helped and will continue to help the world, they will multiply that by seventy times seven. God bless them both.

When I received a letter informing me that my poem "You belong to Me—your God" would be published in the May 10, 1999, Sentinel, I was elated that after all these years of being blessed by the articles of others, God has shared with me the words to give something back. I consider it a small thank-you to all contributors, staff, and Mary Baker Eddy, and hope it touches the hearts of some others and brightens their day, as so often my life has been uplifted and joy-filled, reading what others have written. I hope my joy in writing and sharing it will shine through.
