A life of healing through reliance on God
When I was in high school, I made my first trip abroad with a group of teenagers and a tour leader who knew little about my religion. I had my Bible, Science and Health, and the Christian Science Quarterly with me so that I could study the Weekly Bible Lessons each day. A few days after the trip started I began to experience diarrhea. The clear, basic statements of truth in the Bible Lesson healed me within two days, without my needing to call home or seek other human aid. I was blessed to be able to rely on God alone for healing of a condition that I had never experienced before.
I drove to work the next day, fully recovered.
