Protocol
I've talked a lot to God — too much.
I should have listened more.
Omniscient Father-Mother Love
already knew the score.
I've heeded much temptation's talk—
I should have answered back.
I've taken in suggestions that
did not conform to fact.
We all should learn the protocol
of listening and of speech,
to have an answer on the tongue
which only Truth can teach.
