YOUR LETTERS
"I appreciate the attentiveness, thought, and letters of those who responded to my question in the November 16 Sentinel."
I appreciate the attentiveness, thought, and letters of those who have responded to my question in the November 16 Sentinel. I can see that forgiveness is not an argument, but is a decision; although I am grateful for the arguments that are helping me to forgive as well as to stay free of the sharp pain and chronic internal bleeding that troubled me for many years. Even a courageous and principled definition of oneself, when it is no longer the next step of progress, has to go, for one's own good, I know.
Once again, to my correspondents and editors, and helpful friends whose sentiments I already know, I thank you.
