Free to run without pain
I usually run five miles three times a week. When I returned from a vacation, though, I started experiencing difficulties while running. I would get sharp pains in my chest, side, and legs, and I was having trouble breathing. This continued for three weeks.
Before running the next time, I read a copy of the Sentinel that talked about sports. In it I read a healing that told how someone thought about these lines from a hymn and was healed: "In atmosphere of Love divine,/We live, and move, and breathe" (Christian Science Hymnal, No. 144). When I ran the next time, I thought about those lines and knew that God was with me every second. Since He is perfect, I, as His reflection, had to be perfect, too.
I was healed. I ran the five miles without a hint of discomfort.
