School space, politics, and God's beloved child

How to create adequate school space for an expanding population is a challenge that evokes lively debate. It is a question that particularly concerns parents, who want to see their children in just the right kind of nurturing environment.

Is it possible, however, that the ultimate answer is not to be found solely through material organization, but primarily through a spiritual solution?

Consider this: is the child of God dependent on governments, whether good or bad, taxes, school systems, and political processes? This is such a fundamental question. In Science and Health part of the description of man is "the compound idea of infinite Spirit; the spiritual image and likeness of God ..."; and part of the description of children is "the spiritual thoughts and representatives of Life, Truth, and Love" (pp. 591 and 582). Surely the "likeness of God," the "representatives of Life, Truth, and Love," are dependent wholly on their Father-Mother God! We shouldn't be tricked by the outward picture into thinking of ourselves or our children as somehow outside the kingdom of God, separated from His infinite provision for His beloved child.
