One of the greatest things I've ever known is that God is everywhere and will never let anyone down!
About two years ago, I went on a camping trip with my Boy Scout troop. It had been an all-day hike up a steep trail to Lodge Lake. We were to stay two days and two nights. On the second day, around dinnertime, I cramped up with severe chest and stomach pains. I was unable to stand. We were miles away from any help. My Scout leaders asked the Scouts to find materials to make a stretcher to carry me down the mountain.
My dad was along on the trip, and he knelt beside me right there in the center of the camp and told me about how we were in God's presence right now, even there in the wilderness. He assured me that God's love would support me and that I could rely on God for healing.
