I was at my grandma's house and my toe got smashed when I was playing basketball. It hurted, so I prayed, and I knew that man couldn't be hurt, and the next day it didn't hurt. I was able to dance. I was having fun.
Andrew Kenneth Nash
Brier, Washington
I am Andrew's mother. We were at my mother's house when Andrew came in crying. I was quite alarmed at the sight of his toe, as a large piece of skin was torn.
I didn't accept the thoughts that were coming to me, such as, "I should've made sure he was wearing socks and tennis shoes," and "I shouldn't have let him play when I knew he had upcoming obligations in a dance recital."
Rather, I tried to listen to the angel messages from God I knew to be true, such as, "Man is perfect, unharmed," and "Right activity is all that God's man can express."
Andrew was eager and able to dance the following evening, and was free from any pain. His toe had completely new skin in less than a week.
