Overcoming shyness
Each one of us has a divine right to express the beautiful qualities of God, Soul, freely.
Many people, especially as children, suffer from shyness. In some cases they endure it throughout adulthood as well. But both children and adults can be freed of this burden.
It is common to want to be more poised, assured, gracious. Shyness includes none of these beautiful qualities. Yet they are divinely natural to every child of God. In truth we are all perfect offspring of our heavenly Father, reflecting the loveliness and strength of divine Soul.
On the basis of this spiritual truth, we can know that although our children may sometimes seem to be inhibited, they are not truly limited little humans incapable of expressing a full range of skills or attributes. They are actually unlimited in their reflection of all of God's majestic qualities. And we can teach them this great truth.
