FROM HAND TO HAND
The Sentinel is meant to be shared. In a world that is increasingly hungry for spiritual meaning, the Sentinel provides vital nourishment. Here's how one of our readers shared it. Let us know of your experience in sharing the Sentinel .
As we played tennis, my friend told me of her concerns about her third-garder, who had been labeled "learning disabled," and how she reads anything on the subject. I offered her a Christian Science Sentinel with the cover title "Real teaching, real learning—how to have more of them." There happened to be an interview with an education specialist who teaches students labeled "learning disabled." The teacher explained how Christian Science helped to uplift her perspective of these kids. My friend was eager to receive and grateful to keep the copy.
