FROM HAND TO HAND

The Sentinel is meant to be shared. In a world that is increasingly hungry for spiritual meaning, the Sentinel provides vital nourishment. Here's how one of our readers shared it. Let us know of your experience in sharing the Sentinel.

"I use the special gift offers to share subscriptions of the Sentinel. In the past two years I have shared at least six subscriptions: three to law school friends who questioned Christian Science healing; subscriptions to a friend in the Foreign Service, a performance artist, a business manager; and I make sure my Sunday School students all have a subscription.

"I really like the 'openness' and high quality of the articles, photographs, and the design of the Sentinel. The Sentinel is such a wonderful presentation of the healing message of my Church, I never hesitate to share it with others. Although my friends attend other churches (or no church), all have asked about various Sentinel articles, and one law school friend called me for Christian Science treatment. Giving a subscription has another benefit: I make certain I read the Sentinel very carefully in case friends ask about an article they saw."
