Although I attended a Christian Science Sunday School,...
Although I attended a Christian Science Sunday School, I later drifted away from Science; but I knew that some day I would return. I married, and my life headed into the "fast lane"—drinking, drugs, and a "me first" attitude. I felt an uneasiness with this lifestyle, and, ultimately, my marriage failed.
As I reexamined my life, I began seeing someone who was interested in my outlook. He asked me a lot of questions about Christian Science, and I found myself going to the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, for answers.
I soon realized life "outside of" Christian Science wasn't very satisfying for me. I found that the only good things in my life were based on Truth. All the problems associated with life in the "fast lane" fell away, and I made new friends. I felt a sense of right purpose emerging and guiding me.
