True love
God's love helps us even when we are facing disappointment, betrayal, and rejection. It teaches us the true nature of love.
[Original in French]
Many books, movies, television programs, and popular songs depict romantic love as true love, as the ideal relationship between a man and a woman. According to this scenario, if we are lucky we meet someone who is just perfect for us, and this person feels the same way about us.
But sometimes even our best efforts to maintain a good relationship are not successful, or a marriage may end in divorce. From these experiences we learn that personalities and circumstances change, often failing to provide long-term stability, harmony, and peace.
