Will you do anything about crime?
Many of us want to do something about crime. We want to move away from it! We just want to hear and see a lot less of it. We want it to go away. But it isn't going to unless something changes.
Coming back to Boston recently after being away from the office, I was greeted by a minor crime scene. A young man raced down the street, swept past me, leapt over a wall, and ran down an alley. Hard after him came two policemen with guns.
The next day someone from our office was robbed at gunpoint on her way to work.
