"It is not well to imagine that Jesus demonstrated the divine power to heal only for a select number or for a limited period of time, since to all mankind and in every hour, divine Love supplies all good."^{Science and Health, p. 494.}

This statement was made by Mary Baker Eddy, who, in founding the Church of Christ, Scientist, included provision for class instruction in Christian Science.^{See Manual of The Mother Church by Mrs. Eddy, Art. XXVI .} This instruction equips students today to practice Christian healing more effectively—that method of spiritual healing Jesus taught his disciples.

Students who love Christian Science and are striving to live by its teachings are encouraged to apply for Primary class instruction in Christian Science with any authorized teacher around the world who is currently advertising in The Christian Science Journal. Completion of Primary class confers membership in an association with other pupils who have taken class from the same teacher. The association meets annually to provide for continuing spiritual growth and progress.
