Feeling Truth
Holy Father-Mother, God,
Man is ever Your holy child.
And all creation manifests
The beauty of Your holiness.
This truth I know; now help me feel it.
Now to my waiting heart reveal it.
I would clear my consciousness
Of warring, sorry, false beliefs.
But having of myself no power,
Help me yield to Yours this hour.
Truth I know; now help me feel it.
Now to my waiting heart reveal it.
Truth divine is never cold,
Nor lays upon the heart a stone.
Human reason barely knows it,
Human wisdom rarely shows it.
Take my pride, oh break and heal it.
Make me know the truth—and feel it.
