In this season

In this season let me be one who is cherishing
the babe of Christian healing.
Like Mary, who nourished and swaddled Jesus,
Like Joseph, who adored, protected, served
the holy infant,
Like the shepherds and wise men,
who hastened to find and worship a king,
So I delight, rejoice, experience
the healing works our Messiah wrought
of old, and of NOW.
