Arrest that wrong motive!
Wrong motives don't have to control us. We can control them—through Science.
Not long ago in the United States a businessman used insider stock market information to make an enormous amount of money. Subsequently he was investigated, tried in court, found guilty, fined, and sent to prison.
One has to wonder if such unhappiness could have been prevented. A person's motives are obviously all-important.
In our daily living, can you and I arrest wrong motives and so abort their dismal results? Yes, indeed. How? By learning through the study of Christian Science to discern and adopt the right motives that come from God. And to recognize and reject selfish or limited motivations.
