"There will be unity of spirit"
A Congregational minister came to see me off at the train the morning I went into the Army.
A neighbor who was Roman Catholic brought indomitable spirit and encouragement when a family member was ill.
The fellowship of a Baptist church group inspired me one winter night. I had been asked to talk with them about Christian Science. The first part of their meeting included some rousing, deeply felt Baptist hymns and also a time for people to tell about their gratitude for what God was doing with their lives. Their heartfelt comments made me feel a surge of appreciation for how much their church was meaning to them.
