"Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it" (Prov. 3:27). These words from the Bible impel me to submit this testimony with the sincere desire to help others.

Soon after my parents learned about Christian Science from my dad's employer, my twin sister and I were enrolled in a Christian Science Sunday School. Thus began the most wonderful education one could ever hope for. The understanding of God and of man's relationship to Him as His beloved child, which was imparted during that early training, provided a firm spiritual foundation that has supported me under the most trying situations.

A number of years ago I was returning from an errand downtown one evening. While waiting for my train in the subway station, I became aware of a man standing nearby, who was staring at me. There had been much publicity about robberies and acts of crime in the subway stations.
