God's will for you
How would you feel, how would you act, walk, talk, make your decisions, if you knew you were royalty, the heir to a great kingdom, in possession of and having dominion over the whole realm and all within it?
You'd feel secure, wouldn't you, especially if that kingdom was your divine Father's? Wouldn't you feel free to be yourself, free to do all the good you were capable of doing, knowing that the resources behind you were unlimited, at your command, just for the taking? And if you knew that your Father was totally beneficent in will and disposal and that you derived your nature, abilities, and proclivities from Him, standing at all times as His representative—you'd surely feel humble in your awareness of your role. You would know that your purpose, your very reason for being, represented a sacred trust.
Well, who is, in truth, our Father? What is our inheritance, our status, and what is our Father's will? We find that the answers to these questions evolve in the teaching of the Bible, from Genesis through Revelation. The Bible is humanity's sourcebook for truth.
