Eighteen years ago I was introduced to Christian Science by a sister who had been healed of a sinus infection through reading Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. At the time I had been troubled for many years with colds, constipation, allergies, sinus infection, and pain in my lower back caused by curvature of the spine. I wore a special lift on my right shoe. All of these troubles were very depressing to me.

After I had studied the Bible Lesson each day for a few weeks, it dawned on me that God governs man just as He controls the universe, perfectly. One by one the physical difficulties were healed. The shoes with the special lift were discarded, as I no longer needed them, and I have been free of back pain ever since. I walk miles on the beach daily, play golf, and swim.
