I have had many healings in Christian Science, and I am very grateful for the many lessons I have learned and the wonderful proofs of God's care that I have received.

At one point the community where my husband and I were living had an outbreak of measles. Our son, who was only a few months old at the time, came down with the same symptoms. A Christian Science practitioner was called, and the healing was complete within a few hours.

On another occasion I was watching a sports event that my husband was coaching when I became very ill. As I got up to leave the stands I saw a friend who was a practitioner. I explained the situation to her and asked her to pray for me. By the time I reached the ladies' room I was completely healed.
