Can God help with burdens?
Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could give our burdens to God? The Bible tells us that we can entrust ourselves completely to His care.
The Psalmist declares, "Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee." Ps. 55:22. And the First Epistle of Peter commands us, "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you." I Pet. 5:6, 7.
Certainly these verses and others in the Bible show us the way to deal with our burdens no matter what they may be. We can commit them to God because He loves us and cares for us.
