An invitation to children
We all learn about God little by little. There's not usually just one minute or day when everything about God suddenly gets understood. You watch the way Mom or Dad or a Sunday School teacher acts. You learn from them about praying, but often you don't talk about it very much. You may feel it's too private.
Still there can be something special about sharing.
Suppose a friend told you, "Once I had a pain, and my mom and I prayed. Pretty soon I wasn't the least bit afraid. I just knew God never made sickness. And I was healed." You might be glad he shared.
