Simon learns some special words
How many words do you know? Lots and lots? If you are reading this story, or listening to someone else reading it, that shows you know lots of words, doesn't it?
I'd like to tell you something that happened to a little boy named Simon when he was just beginning to learn lots of words. He learned some special words that really were a big help to him.
You see, it was like this: Mummy was in the kitchen getting dinner ready when, suddenly, Simon came in from the other room, looking very sad and saying, "My tummy hurts."
