Enrolled in a Christian Science Sunday School by...
Enrolled in a Christian Science Sunday School by my grandmother, I grew up with this religion. But until my children became young adults, I didn't recognize the need to really dig into this wonderful Science. Since then, there have been many healings on a continuing basis.
One Christmas season my elder daughter boarded a jet and flew East. I did not realize then that she was flying into a heavy blizzard, but my prayers for her included these words (Deut. 33:27): "Underneath are the everlasting arms." Because of the severe weather, it took two days to complete what should have been a short trip. When my daughter returned, she told me of the overnight wait in an air terminal, and of a long but safe one hundred mile drive over unplowed, snow-covered roads. My gratitude for her protection is great.
