FOR CHILDREN
Joy of Christmas
"Mother, guess what we just saw!" Sharon shouted as she helped Dad bring in the groceries from the car. It was almost dinnertime, and Mother had started to fix dinner for the family in the kitchen.
"Help me put these things away, and tell me all about it," said Mother. Together they put away the cans, fresh and frozen foods, until everything from the store was neatly on shelves, behind doors, or in drawers.
"I want you to see the new doll at the toyshop next door to the grocery store," Sharon explained as she helped Mother scrape carrots. "It's so beautiful! I could be so happy if only I had that doll."
