Some time ago I had a testimony relating a physical healing published in the Sentinel. Now I share the following healing of a business difficulty in the hope that it may encourage others who have business problems to work out.

In my several years of employment as a real estate sales associate, I saw the power of God heal depressed thought and personality conflicts many times through an understanding of Christian Science. An outstanding example is a situation that occurred during a period of economic recession.

My own business had been in a downturn; in fact I was hardly making enough money to pay my expenses. I called a Christian Science practitioner to pray for me. In about a week I began to see the results of the spiritualization of thought that was taking place as I worked with the practitioner by studying the Bible and Mrs. Eddy's writings. My advertisement in The Christian Science Monitor brought in some business, and referrals came in from previous customers. Soon nine business transactions had been put together, and work had begun on getting them closed. I dismissed the practitioner with thanks, confident that I would continue to see evidence of God's direction in all my activities.
