Deeper views of vision
How natural it is for any of us to want good vision. When sight isn't up to par, we set out to correct it. The person looking for a spiritual solution finds that the true answer has to do with God.
The Bible certainly points to the fact that sight can be preserved—or renewed—through spiritual means. Moses is described at one hundred and twenty years old: "His eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated." Deut. 34:7. On several occasions Christ Jesus restored the blind to wholeness.
Anyone reviewing testimonies of healing in the Christian Science periodicals, or the chapter "Fruitage" in Mary Baker Eddy's Science and Health, finds many specific accounts showing that problems of vision can be healed. As one's understanding of God continues to increase and become clearer, this spiritual growth can be manifested in better vision.
