One day we were asked to bring our bikes to school
One day we were asked to bring our bikes to school. That was the day to test how good we were at signaling. I didn't have a bike, so the teacher told me to stand beside him until I could borrow one. I stood there a long time.
I saw a white boy who I didn't like, and I knew he didn't like me. But I kept on thinking, "God loves him and God loves me." The best thing about it was that he lent me his ten-speed bike, and then I knew he liked me. And I knew I liked him, so we were friends from then on and we still are. I am very grateful for Christian Science.
