No "feast or famine" in God's economy

About seven years ago I suffered from a collapsed lung. The doctor who treated me warned that if the condition should recur, the consequences could be grave.
Two years later a friend who was a new student of Christian Science introduced me to this spiritual method of healing, but it did not appeal to me. Soon the same lung problem reappeared and became aggravated to the extent that walking became difficult because of pain. I began to fear for my life. My friend sat me down again and explained that man has complete God-given authority over every suggestion of evil. This time I finally understood and eagerly accepted this Science.
I was utterly inspired by the fact that evil is not real because God, who is the only creator, never made anything unlike Himself—unlike good. I glimpsed, too, that I must not attribute power to inharmony of any sort.
