The way of worship
Begone, all wandering thoughts,
inconsequentialities,
small busyness, details
and titillations.
Let me now enter, bold for consecration,
where Principle is law, no deviation;
where Soul brings healing's consummation.
Lo, His law rules me surely.
His light gladdens truly.
His love cleans me purely.
Spiritual and perfect,
God's work is done.
THEODORE L. CLAPP
