Recently a painful, enlarging growth appeared on my forehead. I am a schoolteacher, and the condition drew comments from my fellow teaches and even the youngest of my pupils. The school nurse felt medical attention was imperative.

I was afraid and asked for help from a Christian Science practitioner. She reminded me that our "life is hid with Christ in God" (Col. 3:3), and therefore no one can see what God has not made—what He Himself does not see. In my true nature I am the flawless idea of God's creating.

The growth was covered with a plain bandage. Several people asked if I had had an operation, but I realized that most of them were moved by genuine concern.
