Constantly flowing supply
From time to time many of the Western World's leaders and their financial advisers meet to discuss the instability that seems to have dominated the economic scene in recent decades. Nations have been forced into a "stop-go" policy. They grapple with problems—inflation, unemployment, underproduction, and so on—which seem to be insurmountable by human means alone.
As with all national and global situations, the challenge begins with the individual. Many people are individually struggling with a feeling of financial insecurity. Dominated by the mesmerism of lack, they feel desperate.
Christian Science can bring light to bear on these problems. It can show the individual the needlessness of suffering lack and of fearing it by enabling him to find and to rely on the unlimited spiritual resources that are constantly available to all. Mrs. Eddy writes: "God gives you His spiritual ideas, and in turn, they give you daily supplies. Never ask for to-morrow: it is enough that divine Love is an ever-present help; and if you wait, never doubting, you will have all you need every moment."Miscellaneous Writings, p. 307;
