Detailed information regarding lectures in the United States and Canada must reach the Journal and Herald Card Department nine weeks before the week in which the lecture is to be given in order to ensure publication in the Sentinel. Information regarding lectures in other countries must reach the department ten to fourteen weeks before the week of the lecture. When lectures are to be radiocast, it should be so stated, station and frequency being included. When Children's Room facilities are to be available, this also should be stated.
