Both wings!

In the picturesque language of the Bible the imagery of wings often conveys a feeling of soaring inspiration and limitless freedom. The Psalmist writes, "If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me." Ps. 139:9, 10;

What enables us to soar on "wings of the morning" above fleshly fears and fetters to attain healing? Spiritual inspiration! But how do we find it?

As we lift thought to the truths Christian Science reveals of God's, Spirit's, allness and of man's perfection as His reflection and identify ourselves as that perfect, spiritual man, we begin to experience the fulfillment of God-given individuality. We feel the upsurge of inspiration that accompanies the apprehension of Truth. "Fixing your gaze on the realities supernal," Mrs. Eddy tells us, "you will rise to the spiritual consciousness of being, even as the bird which has burst from the egg and preens its wings for a skyward flight." Science and Health, p. 261;
