Healing can't be held back
The Christian Science method of healing might be likened to finding the shortest distance between two points. A situation arises that needs to be rectified—perhaps a lack of funds, friends, or health. Science provides us with the most direct—-and ultimately the only—route to healing. We become conscious that we are spiritual expressions of God, loved and cared for, and that we are now in full possession of health and well-being.
Is there any power that is going to hold back the sunrise? Of course not. Nor is there a power that can keep good from asserting its supremacy in our lives.
Our starting point in the practice of Science is always perfect God and perfect creation. In accepting this simple spiritual fact we have taken the first step toward healing.
