Overcoming stress and anxiety
According to the divine revelation of Christian Science, no one is homeless or in a state of struggle or stress. Regardless of where human experiences, responsibilities, and adventures, or even dangers, lead one, one's home in God is ever present, a refuge and a joy. But it must be found in Spirit, not in matter.
God, divine Love, includes His own sons and daughters and is inseparable from them. They are Love's ideas, Love's reflection of its own harmony and peace and security. So Love's refuge from the troubles of human existence, with the stress and anxiety that often accompany it, is always available to those who acknowledge man's true relationship to his Maker.
Paul is quoted in the Bible as saying of God: "In him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring." Acts 17:28;
