Last year I had a healing through Christian Science that made me feel as if prison gates had opened and I had been set free.

I woke one morning to find that the joints of my arms and legs had become inflamed and swollen, and the joints of my wrists and fingers stiff and distorted. It was painful and difficult to walk and use my limbs.

For several days I tried to deal with the situation through my own prayer and study of the Bible and Mrs. Eddy's writings; but I realized I was full of fear and anxiety because I could not carry out my normal duties. So I rang a Christian Science practitioner and asked for treatment. Her serene and loving response immediately lessened the fear.
