Stay in control with spiritual wisdom
We can increasingly demonstrate God's control in our lives as we gain a better understanding of Him as Mind, the source of true wisdom and intelligence. God, divine Mind, controls the universe and man harmoniously. Mrs. Eddy writes, "Mind's control over the universe, including man, is no longer an open question, but is demonstrable Science." Science and Health, p. 171;
God-derived spiritual wisdom provides sound direction for decisions, activity, companionship—every facet of living. Armed with this wisdom, we are equipped to face any situation with confidence.
At times it may seem that our lives are out of control. If we feel we are victims of circumstances, or enslaved by uncontrollable eating, drinking, spending, or other compulsive behavior, we no doubt need to express more wisdom. Why drift along, willy-nilly, letting runaway appetites, other people, or external conditions govern or influence our lives?
