Christian Science has been my only physician and guide for the past fifty-five years. It is indeed a wonderful way of life. Science has shown me how to prove that God guides, governs, and protects every phase of our experience.
On one occasion I came home from work with a severe sore throat. Sitting down, I sought to realize clearly that there was absolutely no way in which I could be separated from the law of divine Principle, God, and therefore only harmony or health was present. In about five minutes I stood up, completely healed.
During the economic depression of the thirties, when funds were insufficient, I was given five years of college education with no expense to me for tuition, room, board, or books. As I continued to rely on divine guidance, employment immediately after college, and on several subsequent occasions when changes were required, became readily available.
