Weight Lifting
Do you ever experience anxiety for no apparent reason? Do you ever struggle for buoyancy, which, even though you are in the midst of achieving something, seems to evade you?
The basic error of mortal belief is the supposition that existence stems from matter and is controlled, not by Mind, Spirit, but by material forces—forces that pull us down. But the truth that life is entirely spiritual, when understood, counteracts all downward tendencies and lifts us to feel vital and joyful.
At one point in my experience I found I was waking daily in deep anxiety. This feeling would dissipate during the day, but each morning I would wake to find myself engulfed again. I was very active during this period. I was successfully accomplishing many household tasks as well as other projects. I could see no reason for this disturbance. On the contrary, it seemed as if I should be feeling a great deal of satisfaction.
